Eric Anderson, M.D., RhMSUS

I chose a career in Rheumatology because I like getting to know people and I like making them feel better. As a Rheumatologist, it is my duty to understand how someone’s unique life experiences are contributing to their underlying condition to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

I have expertise in a wide variety of rheumatologic conditions including, but not limited to, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, psoriatic arthritis, Sjögrens Disease, polymyalgia rheumatica, undifferentiated connective tissue diseases, and osteoporosis. I have an additional board certification in musculoskeletal ultrasound which I routinely use to aid in the diagnosis of my patients. New rheumatology treatments are being developed faster than ever before. I try to stay current on the latest research so that I can have honest and open conversations with my patients about any recommended treatments.

Personally, I enjoy being outdoors fishing, skiing, and hiking. These activities are even more fun when I can do them with family or friends. I also like to participate in triathlons when time allows. My family and I love Wisconsin and all it has to offer.

Very prompt, always takes me to visit office within 5 minutes of arrival, best in class.

I actually enjoy coming to see Dr. Skamra.  She is the most compassionate, caring and positive physician.  She is an exceptional woman.  When she came “aboard”,  you really got a winner.
